It is difficult to write a 5-star review for AJ, she deserves 10 out of 10, a tick, and a Gold Star  She sets the standard that other estate agents should aspire to.

AJ put our property on the market mid March 2020, and within a week the country was put into lock-down!  She held our hands throughout; AJ found our eventual buyer even before it had gone live on the internet. Although times were difficult due to the lock-down, she liaised with all the other estate agents in the chain, and the necessary solicitors.

The service that AJ provided was akin to having a personal shopper.  We have moved many times during our lifetime, and this move was by far the best, and due to the circumstances, also the longest time from start to finish.  Because of her invaluable experience and expertise, AJ ensured a successful outcome.

We cannot express our gratitude enough for everything that she has done for us.

In summary I found AJ Estate Agents did their job very well and communicated with me very well during the whole sale process. We moved quickly and efficiently from initial contact through report, price, contract and ID proof. There were many viewings with notifications before and feedback after.  AJ achieved a better offer and a better adjusted offer after survey than I would have accepted.  In phone calls, AJ guided me to decisions by providing information, making clear she would be OK with whatever I decided.
